There is a reason Burt Reynolds is on Fox News at 1AM selling life insurance, and it's because the people most likely to buy that product generally like and trust Burt Reynolds. They didn't draft Cardi B to sell policies, and that is for a reason. Politics isn't that different. Not everyone has strong opinions, and they value certain celebrities in ways that are hard to quantify. The Rock is a generally well-liked guy. There aren't many celebs with as good of numbers and appeal as him. It won't make Biden a winner, but it can help in very key places like Pennsylvania...Florida
